摘　　要： 全面从严治党必须从严肃党内政治生活抓起。推进党内政治生活科学化,是全面从严治党的必然要求。在全面从严治党新常态下推进党内政治生活科学化的基本途径是:执行和完善党的民主集中制,防止独断专行;科学处理党内矛盾和分歧,开展积极健康的思想斗争;严格党的组织生活,开实开好民主生活会;发展党内民主,落实党员在党内政治生活中的主体地位;严明党的政治纪律和规矩,维护党的集中统一;加强制度建设,实现党内政治生活的制度化、规范化和法治化。 Comprehensively strict governance of the Party must start from the serious political life of the Party. To promote the Party＇ s scientifically political life is an inevitable requirement. The basic way to promote the po- litical life within the Party under the new normality of comprehensively strict governance of the Party is ： to im- plement and perfect the democratic centralism of the Party, to prevent the autocratic;to scientifically handle in- ner- party contradictions and differences, and to actively carry out the healthy ideological struggle; to conduct the Party＇s members leading role in the Party;to discipline the rules, to safeguard the centralism;to strengthen the system construction and finally achieve institutionalization, standardization and legalization of the political life within the Party.
