摘　　要： 借鉴国外的研究应用成果,结合我国国情,对优秀运动员与俱乐部管理、运动资源以及管理理念方面进行探讨,就优秀运动员与俱乐部的管理在需求性、理念与功能性、可组合性方面的可持续发展提出建议。 In light of the corresponding abroad achievements in the application of sports management and the present situation at home,we investigate and study the philosophy of management of top sportsmen,sports club and sports sources for the purpose of providing some countermeasures for the sustainable development of sports club.
