摘 要: 基于契约的基本理论,在厘清现代学徒制主要关系的前提下,从学校、企业、学生(徒)、师傅四方主体利益诉求出发,阐释校企、企徒、师徒主体相互之间的关系,并就目前现代学徒制契约关系的建立所面临的问题进行分析,提出要继续规范现代学徒制契约治理、建立健全相关法律制度等对策。 Modern apprenticeship,a system which integrates modern vocational education with workplace skill training,involves multiple interests subjects including stakeholders from educational circles and industries.Based on the basic theories of contract,and after analyzing the main relationships,this paperfirst defines the interests appeal of four main stakeholders-school,enterprise,student or apprentice,and trainer,and then,defines their relationships,and cooperative ways and contents.It attempts to construct a multi-level contractual relationship system in which school-enterprise joint training mechanism can be effectively implemented,and to arouse researchers’interest in studying the modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.
