摘　　要： 参与做好高校思想政治工作,是高校共青团的核心使命任务。中华优秀传统文化蕴涵着丰富的思想政治教育资源,对做好高职共青团思想引领工作有重要的价值。从中华优秀传统文化教育的基本内涵入手,剖析中华优秀传统文化教育与共青团思想引领内容上的高度契合,进而立足高职院校实际,论述了中华优秀传统文化教育对高职院校共青团思想引领工作的积极作用。 Participating in ideological and political work is the core task of the Communist Youth League inuniversities.China's traditional culture contains rich ideological and political education resources,which is of greatvalue to the ideological work of the Communist Youth League in higher vocational colleges.This article,from thebasic connotations of Chinese traditional culture and education,analyzes the relationship between the Chinesetraditional culture education and ideological content.Based on the current situations in vocational colleges,this paperalso discusses the positive role of Chinese traditional culture education in higher vocational colleges ideological work.
