摘　　要： 企业学院以企业可持续发展需求为导向,依托职教集团把众多办学主体联结在一起,搭建对接教育链和产业链的有效平台,成为促进职业教育集团化办学的重要抓手。当前企业学院在运行中普遍存在运行机制不完善、合作模式单一、校企权责不明、文化协同不力等问题。因此,在完善协同育人联动机制、丰富校企合作形式、健全权责利分配制度、加强校企文化共融等方面探索企业学院建设问题,旨在进一步深化产教融合,提高校企协同育人办学成效。 Guided by the needs for sustainable development of enterprises, enterprise colleges rely on vocational education group to connect many educational entities, and build effective platform for docking education chain and industrial chain, and become an important gripper for promoting vocational education collectivization. At present, in the operation of enterprise college, many issues exits such as imperfect operating mechanism, single mode of cooperation, unclear rights and responsibility of schools and enterprises, poor cultural coordination and so on. Therefore, we should improve connection mechanism of collaborative education, enrich the form of school-enterprise cooperation, improve the distribution system of rights and responsibility, and strengthen the integration of school and enterprise culture, so as to explore the construction of enterprise colleges, deepen the integration of production and education, and improve the educational effect of school-enterprise cooperation.
