摘 要: 在界定现代学徒制的特性下,从校企双方的利益诉求出发,明确校企之间的权责关系和内容,以广州番禺职业技术学院百果园学院办学实践为例,积极探索双主体办学下的协同育人机制,以期找到校企双方权责关系的平衡点和实现现代学徒制可持续发展的应然路径。 Based on defining characteristics of modern apprenticeship,starting from the interests of bothsides,to clarify the authority and responsibility between college and enterprise,this paper,takingBaiguoyuan College of Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic as an example,actively explores the cooperativeeducation mechanism of double subject education so as to find a balance of authority and responsibilitybetween the two sides and realize the ideal relationship for sustainable development.
