摘　　要： 教育权利公平、平等是一社会正义的底线,但是我国由于传统"城乡二元体制"导致教育资源城乡、地区分配严重不均,普通公民受教育的权利受到严重侵蚀,特别是大量进城务工人员随迁子女不能享受当地的教育资源,不能有一个公平的受教育的机会,引发了社会的广泛关注和热议。以上海和安徽为例探究教育公平的一个重要领域——异地高考,揭示其中的问题,并提出相应对策,以促实现"教育平权"。 The right of educational fairness and educational equality are one of the bottom lines of social justice. However, our country traditional gap between city and countryside has led to the educational resource distributed with unbalance. The right to education for ordinary citizens has been seriously eroded, especially for the large number of migrant workers, whose children cannot own the fair opportunity of enjoying the local educational resources. And this phenomenon caused widespread concern and heated debate in the whole society. This paper will take Shanghai and An hui as example to study the college entrance examination peasant- workers＇ birthplace, to reveal the problem, and put forward the corresponding countermeas- urcs, so as to achieve＂ educational equality＂.
