摘 要: 教师资格"国考"改革注重心理学、教育学知识的融合和综合运用,突出"专业导向、能力导向、实践导向",考试科目多、内容广、题目活,增加了学生获取教师资格证的难度。为适应"国考"的需要,必须进行教育学课程全方位的改革,主要措施包括:实施课程内容改革,普通授课和考前培训相结合;注重课程实施实效,培养学生教育教学实践能力;改革课程评价制度,提高教育学课程考核的效度。 The reform of the National Teacher Qualification Test focuses on the integration and comprehensive application of psychological and pedagogical knowledge,and highlights the professional guidance,ability-based guidance,and practical guidance.This test is difficult because it involves quite a few subjects,rich contents,and flexible questions.In order to meet the requirements of this national test,it is a must to carry out a comprehensive reform of pedagogy courses which should include the following:innovation in the content,an integration of class instruction with the pre-test training,effective teaching,a good training of the students'practical teaching ability,a new and effective assessment system.
