摘　　要： 编辑职业的工作性质要求从业人员必须具备较为广博的知识储备和精深专业造诣,在博与专二者的权衡中选择"专"的方向至关重要,注意编辑选题之间的相互联系与延续性可促进知识的积累,同时要善于利用自己的"智囊团",使外审专家发挥出专业优势,成为决断的重要依据。 The nature of editorial profession requires that the staff engaged in this field be equipped with broad knowledge reserves and profound specialty accomplishments.In balancing between breadth and expertise,the latter is more important.The attention to the con-nections and the continuation between prospective subjects being processed contributes to knowledge accumulation.Meanwhile,the 'brain trust' should be well utilized so that the experts hired outside for evaluating contributed papers can fully exhibit the advantages of their majors,which is the important basis for decision.
