摘 要: 本文以广东地区为例,聚焦高校朋辈心理咨询发展现状。通过问卷调查与访谈的方式,对高校大学生朋辈心理咨询的认知与态度方面进行探索,发现目前大学生对朋辈心理咨询了解度不高,但对朋辈心理咨询持有较高的认可度。在了解认知态度的基础上,进一步调查受访者对朋辈心理咨询的需求,如对朋辈心理咨询员性别、应具备的素质与人格特质的具体需求,并结合这些需求,提出探索卡特尔16种人格因素问卷在朋辈心理咨询员选拔中的应用,以及分析朋辈心理咨询员所具备的人格特质等对策建议,以期完善高校朋辈心理咨询模式。 Taking Guangdong province as an example,this paper focuses on the development of peer counseling in colleges and universities.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper explores the cognition and attitude of peer counseling among college students,and finds that college students do not have a high degree of understanding of peer counseling,but have a high degree of recognition of peer counseling.On the basis of understanding cognitive attitude,this research further investigates the needs of the college students,such as the gender of peer psychological consultants,the specific needs of qualities and personality traits.And combined with these requirements,this paper explores the Cattell?sixteen personality?factors?questionnaire(16PF)?in the application of peer psychological consultant selection,as well as analyzes the personality traits of peer psychological consultants and puts forward countermeasures,in order to improve the peer psychological consulting model in colleges.
