摘 要: 首先从家文化和信任文化两个方面分析了家族主义信任存在的社会基础,然后在此基础上提出了家族企业非亲属核心员工的概念,认为在“报”的心理缺失情形下,家族企业非亲属核心员工对家族企业忠诚度下降、谋私利行为增多,最后针对分析的问题,提出了几点建议。 Based on the cultures of family and trust, this paper analyzes the social foundation of family trust. And then, it proposes a conception of non-relatives core staff of family enterprise. In the case of psychological absence of "Bao", loyalty degree on family enterprise of non-relatives core staff declines and the interested behavior increases. At last, it proposes some advices for this problem.
