摘　　要： 提高大学生的就业能力也已经成为各高校重点研究的课题。本文将结合高校实际情况和当今大学生就业能力的现状、存在的问题和提高大学生就业能力的主要经验和方法等方面进行深入分析,从而有效地引导大学生根据社会的需求提高自身的就业能力,促进大学生顺利就业。 Improve university students＇ employment ability has also become each college focus of research.This paper combines colleges and actual conditions and today＇s college students employment ability of the present situation,analyses the existence question and the improvement of college students＇ employment ability,the main experience and methods,etc,so as to effectively guide students according to the needs of society to raise their own employment ability,in ordet to promote the university students＇ employment smoothly.
