摘　　要： 农村承包地流转市场也要遵循经济学的一般供求理论,只有同时具备有效供给和有效需求,才能形成现实承包地流转。从农村承包地流转市场的微观角度出发,参与交易的主体都是"理性经济人",他们需要对各种可供选择的行为方式进行成本—收益分析才能做出合理决策。他们作为一个市场主体,其在承包土地流转市场中的行为受到自然、经济和社会等方面内外因素的直接或间接的影响,从而影响其在承包地流转市场中的交易行为。因此,构建与完善承包地流转的供求机制是承包地流转市场化的基础性建设。 The Rural Contracted Farmland transfer market must follow the general economics theory of supply and demand,meanwhile effective supply and effective demand forming its realistic transfer. From micro perspective of the Rural Contracted Farmland transfer market, owing to the main body involved in the transaction being ＂rational economic man＂,they need to act on a variety of alternative means of cost-beneflt analysis in order to make rational decisions. As a market entity,its transfer behaviors are influenced by internal and external factors of natural,economic and social aspects,and then affect their transactions in the transfer market. Therefore,the construction and improvement of supply and demand mechanism for its transfer is basic construction of its marketization .
