摘　　要： 专业技能课人才培养需要以提升学生的学习体验为前提,培养迁移能力,满足企业的实际需求,实现高等职业教育高质量发展。追求理解的教学理念是以实现学生的迁移能力为预期学习目标,其逆向设计的教学模式为技能课程提供了清晰有效的实践路径。有效沟通作为外贸函电的核心概念有其现实要求与理论支撑,在此基础上,教师采取逆向设计,不仅能够改变教学观念和重构教学内容,还能保持教学过程的丰富性和深刻性。逆向设计优化课程的认知结构,产生持续的理解,能够促进学生追求更流畅灵活的职业技能,使课程教学结果更优质,使师生在自我教育上得到进一步发展。 The talent training through professional skill courses will have to improve vocational college students’learning experience and cultivate their transfer ability to meet the actual needs of enterprises and realize the high-quality development of higher vocational education.The teaching of pursuing understanding is the key concept in talent training through professional skill courses which will take students’transfer ability as the expected learning goal and the reverse designed teaching mode provides a clear and effective practical path for the skill curriculum.The paper holds that effec⁃tive communication,as the core concept of“foreign business correspondence”course,has its practical requirements and theoretical support and on this basis,teachers adopt reverse design can not only change the teaching concept and re⁃construct the teaching content,but also maintain the richness and depth of the teaching process.Reverse design to opti⁃mize the cognitive structure of the curriculum and produce continuous understanding can promote students’more fluent and flexible vocational skills,make the curriculum teaching more attractive and make teachers and students get further development.
