摘　　要： 中小企业在技术创新活动中具有自己的优势 ,但同时也伴有更为突出的劣势 ,从而造成许多中小企业生命周期过短的现象。文章分析了中小企业技术创新的优势和劣势 ,针对劣势提出了技术创新的若干对策。 Medium and small-sized corporations have own innovational advantages that efficiency and effect of innovation is not inferior to that of large corporations.But they also have predominant disadvantages that lead to their short life spans.The paper analyzes advantages and disadvantages about their technology innovation.and then put forward some countermeasures about technology innovation on the basis of them.
