摘　　要： 习近平总书记强调“冰天雪地也是金山银山,它带动了冰雪经济的发展”。如何拉动中国的冰雪产业是北京冬奥会“后期效应”的中心议题之一。后奥运时代如何以冰雪体育旅游为主体拉动冰雪经济,作为振兴东北经济的增量,是体育作为社会文化构建方式的重要议题。《体育与科学》编辑部2月9日举办了线上学术工作坊,邀请四位专家围绕“冰天雪地也是金山银山:北京冬奥会后期效应”做主旨发言,形成了冰雪认知、具身体验、文化消费、体育产业四个不同面向的认知。由此,看到了北京冬奥会推动中国冰雪文化建设的启蒙价值与冰雪经济效益,理性审视冰雪文化消费现象,探讨冰雪产业高质量发展以及东北经济振兴中体育产业发展理念,为北京冬奥会后期效应及后奥运时代冰雪产业发展贡献理论智慧。 General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that “the world of ice and snow is also the invaluable asset which drives the development of ice-and-snow economy”.How to stimulate China’s ice-and-snow industry is one of the central issues of the “late effect” of the Beijing Winter Olympics,and how to face the post-Olympic era where winter sports and winter tourism become the main driving forces of ice-and-snow economy and the economic boosters of the development of Northeast China is also an important issue in utilizing sports as a way of social cultural construction.The editorial department of Sports and Science held an online academic workshop on February 9,during which four experts were invited to make keynote speeches on the theme of “the world of ice and snow is also the invaluable asset:the late effect of Beijing Winter Olympics”.During the meeting,four different cognitions have been formed:the cognitions of winter culture,embodied experience,cultural consumption and sports industry.Moreover,the illuminative value and economic benefits brought forward by the Beijing Winter Olympics in promoting the construction of China’s ice-and-snow culture have been highlighted,the consumption phenomenon of ice-and-snow culture has been rationally examined,the issue of how to realize the high quality development of ice-and-snow industry and the concept of promoting sports industry as a link of the economic revitalization of northeast China have also been discussed.These altogether made theoretical contributions to the late effect of Beijing Winter Olympics and the development of ice-and-snow industry in the post-Olympic era.
