摘 要: 随着战争样式向高科技转变,越来越多的在读大学生应征入伍,返校复员大学生人数随之不断增加。经过"学校—部队—学校"的循环,经历了"学生—士兵—学生"的角色转换,复员大学生难以避免的产生了回归型文化休克现象。这是由于大学文化与军营文化在观念、制度、行为、认识等方面的差异造成的。要以社会主义核心价值体系为基础,统领各文化之间的差异,提前进行知识储备,提高跨文化适应能力,建立复员大学生社会支持系统,帮助他们克服文化休克现象,使其健康成长。 With the change of war patterns, more and more college students have been enlisted in the army, and the number of demobilized college students has also been increasing. Through the cycle of ' School-Army- School' and the role transformation of ' Student-Soldier-Student' , these students appear to have problems of culture shock when they return to university. The problems are caused by the conflict between university culture and army culture in terms of concept, regulation, behaviour and cognition. To help these students overcome the culture shock and grow healthily, the following countermeasures can be adopted: find out the origination of culture shock, unify the culture diversities according to the core value of socialism, acquire knowledge for future use, enhance the ability of cross-cultural adaptability, and establish the social support system for demobilized college students.
