摘　　要： 本文梳理了近几年影子银行监管政策以及影子银行规模的演变,评估了过去几年监管政策的效果。随着国务院107号文的下发,影子银行监管思路正在向疏堵结合方向发展,以破除影子银行体系存在的隐性担保,缓解其风险积聚。 This paper examines evolving trends in shadow banking regulatory policies and assesses the effects of these policies. Since the State Council issued 'Document no. 107,' the regulation of shadow banking has taken a more balanced approach. The main aims have been to end the existing implicit guarantees and reduce accumulated risks.
