摘　　要： 目的:全面、系统地了解普通针刺法治疗青少年近视的临床效果。方法:利用中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献检索系统、PubMed、Ovid等文献库检索并筛选针刺疗法治疗青少年近视的临床疗效研究案例,对参考文献中针刺法治疗青少年近视有效的各项指标作Meta分析。结果:共纳入19篇临床随机对照试验,1707例患者。Meta分析结果显示,8篇文献报道了针刺治疗在青少年近视中对视力的改善情况;6篇文献报道了针刺对青少年屈光度的改善情况;2篇文献进行了针刺和验光配镜治疗青少年近视的有效性检验;2篇文献进行了针刺和推拿治疗青少年近视的有效性检验;19篇文献进行了总有效率异质性检验。结论:针刺疗法治疗青少年近视切实有效,可以改善患者的视力,且具有一定的安全性,对临床治疗该病有一定的指导意义。 Objective:To comprehensively and systematically understand the clinical effects of ordinary acupuncture on juvenile myopia.Methods:The studies on the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy on juvenile myopia in CNKI,Wanfang data,VIP,CBM,Pub Med and Ovid databases were retrieved and selected,and a meta-analysis on the effectiveness indicators in the included literature was given.Results:A total of 19 randomized controlled trials involving 1707 patients were included.The results of the meta-analysis showed that 8 articles reported the improvement effect of acupuncture on visual acuity of adolescent myopia patients;and 6 articles reported the improvement effect of acupuncture on diopter of teenagers;and 2 articles have tested the effectiveness of acupuncture and optometry on juvenile myopia;and 2 articles have tested the effectiveness of acupuncture and massage on juvenile myopia.A total of 19 articles have reported heterogeneity test of the total efficiency.Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy on juvenile myopia is effective,can improve the patient’s vision,with a certain degree of safety,and has a certain guiding significance for clinical treatment of the disease.
