摘　　要： 本文以中国医药上市公司为对象,对医药企业的研发投入与公司绩效的关系及调节因素进行了研究。实证分析结果显示,在中国的医药上市企业中,研发资金投入与公司绩效存在显著的正相关,研发人员投入与公司绩效存在显著的负相关。同时,进一步对企业所处细分市场、企业规模和企业所有权对研发投入与公司绩效关系调节作用进行了实证检验。 This paper studies the relationship between R＆D investment and corporate performance of pharma-ceutical companies in China. The empirical results show that there is a significant positive correlation be-tween R＆D investment and corporate performance in Chinese pharmaceutical listed companies. At the same time,further to the market, enterprise scale and enterprise ownership on the relationship between R＆D investment and corporate performance regulation is discussed and tested.
