摘　　要： 多维度尺度分析发现,关于高职院校教师职后培训的研究主题主要集中在高职教师培训体系与培训模式研究、双师型高职教师培训研究、国外高职教师培训研究与国内高职教师校本培训研究三个区域。未来研究还可展开对高职院校教师培训项目的个案研究,深化培训评价研究,不断丰富和发展高职院校教师培训研究成果。 Through multi-dimensional scale analysis,it is found that the research topics on in-service training of teachers in higher vocational colleges are mainly concentrated in three perspectives,named,research on the training system and training model of higher vocational teachers, Research on the training of double qualified higher vocational teachers and research on the training of foreign higher vocational teachers and the school-based training of domestic higher vocational teachers.Hence,future research can be carried out on case studies of teacher training projects in higher vocational colleges as well,deepening training evaluation research to continuously enrich and develop the research results of teacher training in higher vocational colleges.
