摘 要: 目前,学前教育专业毕业生普遍遭到"理论高于实践"和"实践能力差"的评价,存在入职适应期较长、入职早期实践能力欠缺的问题。我校在实践教学体系的构建与改革中运用顶层设计理念另辟蹊径,尝试在专业理论课程中围绕岗位核心技能提升这一主旨开展学生实践能力培养的改革,取得了一定的成效。 Currently, universal pre -school education major graduates encounter "theory above the practice" and "practice poor" rating. There are problems of a longer adaptation period after recruits, and lack of practical a- bility during early working period. We form practice teaching system, trying hance the cultivation of the students find a new path of using the top - level to focus on the core skill of professional practice ability to carry out reforms, and design in school construction and re- position achieved in theoretical courses to en- certain results.
