摘　　要： 根据当前高校游泳课面临的困境,提出高校游泳课与运动队互动教学模式的构想和实施方案,并进行验证.高校游泳课与运动队互动教学模式具有较高的可行性和普适性,能有效提高游泳课教学效果.其优点是能够实现学校、学生、运动员和泳池经营者多方共赢;不足之处是会额外增加教师和运动员的工作量,存在一定的安全风险.建议实施之前做好制度化工作,重视安全教育工作,游泳队教练负责现场指挥和协调,做好学生训练时间的分配. According to the predicament faced by the current college swimming class,the conception and implementation plan of the interactive teaching mode between swimming class and sports team in colleges and universities are put forward and verified.The results show that the interactive teaching mode between college swimming class and sports team is feasible and universal;it can effectively improve the teaching effect of swimming class;its advantage is that it can achieve win-win situation for schools,students,athletes and swimming pool operators;the point is that the workload of teachers and athletes will be increased,and there are certain security risks.It is suggested that the institutionalization work should be done well before the implementation,the safety education should be emphasized,and the coaches of swimming teams should be responsible for on-site command and coordination as well as the distribution of students’training time.
