高校体育课程中普及健康体适能教育研究

摘  要: 采用文献资料法、实验法、逻辑分析法对如何在高校体育课程中普及健康体适能教育进行研究。结果显示:在高校体育课程中普及健康体适能教育可以为体育课程"健康第一"理念的落实提供路径,为逆转大学生体质健康水平下降趋势助力,可以使学生对身体健康要素以及身体健康评价的认识更加精准。在高校中实施健康体适能教育应注意与现有体育课程模式相结合,把健康体适能教育内容放到四个学期里教学为宜,并把健康体适能的考核内容与体质测试项目相联系。 By use of documentary method, experimental method and logic analysis method, this paper studies how to popularize the education of hcalth-related physical fitness in physical education curriculum of college and universities. The research results show that popularizing the education of health-related physical fitness in physical education curriculum of college and universities is essential in the following respects. Firstly, it provides ways for implementing the concept "Health First" of physical education curriculum. Secondly, it helps reversing the downtrend of health conditions of college students. Thirdly, it enables students to have a more accurate understanding of health elements and health assessment. During imple- menting the education of health-related physical fitness in college and universities, the following aspects should be paid at- tention to. First,it must be combined with the pattern of the existing physical education curriculum. Second, the teaching contents of health-related physical fitness should be evenly distributed in the four semesters of physical education curricu- lum. Third, the examination contents of heahh-related physical fitness should be associated with physical fitness tests.
