摘　　要： 本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对高校游泳运动推广困境进行了探讨,借鉴日本《泳力认定》制度和户外竞技闯关节目的做法,结合游泳课教学改革实际,创设出具有本校特色的泳力认定制度。实践结果表明,泳力认定制度对游泳教学、竞赛、课外锻炼具有积极的促进作用,对实现游泳运动推广工作的长效化、制度化、常态化有重要意义,在高校游泳运动发展中有广阔的应用前景。 Family education is not only the basis and important supplement of school education, but also an important force to promote the progress of students’ ability. Only when a student has a good family education atmosphere can he be helped to better carry out his study in the school and get better academic performance. Rural primary and secondary education as a weak area, not only the teaching conditions are not as good as the city, but also the ideology and daily life style of students’ parents are less than the city. Affected by these factors, rural primary and secondary education has exposed many problems. Taking the current situation of family education of rural primary and secondary school students in Yiyang City as the research object, analyzing the existing problems will help to find a way to solve this universal problem.
