摘 要: 目的建立一种简便,低毒,专属性强的续断薄层鉴别方法。方法通过优化展开剂和显色剂的类型,寻找最佳的薄层鉴别效果,并考察了温度、湿度对该方法的影响。结果以正丁醇-醋酸-水(4∶1∶5)为展开剂,10%的硫酸乙醇为显色剂得到的薄层鉴定结果显色明显,斑点圆润,特异性明显。该法对温度、湿度具有较好的适应性。结论该法简单、低毒,具有较强的专属性,是一种值得推广的薄层鉴别方法。 OBJECTIVE To establish a simple,low-toxic and strong special method for Teasel thin layer identification.METHODS By optimizing the types of developing agent and color developing agent,looking for the best thin layer identification effect,and examining the influence of temperature and humidity on the method.RESULTS The thin layer identification results obtained with n-butanol-acetic acid-water(4∶1∶5)as the developing agent and 10%sulfuric acid ethanol as the color developing agent showed obvious color development,round spots and obvious specificity.This method has good adaptability to temperature and humidity.CONCLUSION This method is simple,low toxicity,and has strong specificity.It is a thin layer identification method that is worth promoting.
