摘 要: 本文以鼻通丸中黄芩苷为检测对象,选用Diamonsil C8(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μL)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液=4555为流动相,流速0.9 mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长277 nm测定鼻通丸中黄芩苷的含量。实验结果显示黄芩苷的线性范围为6.1100~30.5500μg/mL(R^2=0.9998,n=6),该法专属性良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性较高,RSD值分别为0.15%、1.16%、1.05%,平均加样回收率为98.70%,RSD=0.2%。HPLC法测定准确、可控,能快速、简便地控制鼻通丸的质量。 Baicalin in Bitong pills was used as the detection object,Diamonsil C 8(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μL)chromatographic column was used,with methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid solution=45:55 as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.9 mL/min,column temperature was 35℃,and a detection wavelength was 277 nm.The experimental results showed that the linear range of baicalin was 6.1100~30.5500 g/mL(R^2=0.9998,n=6).The method has good specificity,high precision,stability and repeatability.The RSD values were 0.15%,1.16%and 1.05%,the average sample recovery rate was 98.70%,RSD=0.2%.The HPLC method is accurate and controllable,and it can quickly and easily control the quality of Bitong pills.
