摘　　要： 目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定清咽丸中靛蓝成分的含量。方法:选取Agilent 5 TC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μL)色谱柱,乙腈∶水=42∶58为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为286 nm,测定清咽丸中靛蓝的含量。结果:该方法专属性强,精密度高,稳定性、重复性好,加样回收率高。结论:HPLC法测定清咽丸中的靛蓝方法准确、可控,能简便有效地监测清咽丸的质量。 Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of indigo in Qingyan pills.Method:Agilent 5 TC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μL)chromatographic column with acetonitrile∶water=42∶58 as mobile phase was used to determine the content of indigo in Qingyan pills.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 30℃,detection wavelength was 286 nm.Results:The method has strong specificity,high precision,good stability and repeatability,and high sample recovery rate.Conclusion:The HPLC method for the determination of indigo in Qingyan Pills is accurate and controllable,and can easily and effectively control the quality of Qingyan Pills.
