摘　　要： 在文献资料的基础上,就新中国体育对外交往的60年历史,进行了基本梳理。同时对60年中国体育对外交往的历史过程,进行了"一条主线"、"两个阶段"和"三种战略"的基本归纳,并由此对今后中国体育的对外交往活动策略,提出了四点建议:第一,在国际体育社会中争取到更多的中国话语权,以实现体育大国向体育强国的转变;第二,在继续维护国家政治利益和经济利益的同时,更多关注体育对外关系中的中国文化战略问题;第三,在和平、发展、合作的国际潮流中,继续以建立各种各样的国家间伙伴关系为特色,以实现全方位的体育双边和多边外交;第四,在不断加大对外开放力度的基础上,继续加强与发展中国家的体育交往。 On the basis of the literature , carried out a basic teasing out new China＇s sports contacts with foreign countries for 60 years , meanwhile, summarized the processes of them for main line, ＂two phases＂ and ＂three kinds of strategies＂. And thus the strategies of China＇s sports contacts with foreign countries in the future ,put forward four proposals： First, in the international sports community China should secure more right to speak, in order to transform China a big country into a power in sports. Second, while continuing to safeguard the interests of the country＇s political and economic interests,more attention to sports relationships in Chinese culture and strategic issues at the same time; Third ,in peace, development and cooperation, the international trend, continue to build a wide range of inter - State partnership characteristics, in order to achieve a full range of sports both bilateral and multilateral diplomacy ; Fo.rth, in the ever - increasing intensity on the basis of opening up, continue to strengthen sports exchanges with developing countries.
