摘 要: 住房条件与儿童学业之间的关系,常常是国外决策者与专家们感兴趣的议题。现有国外研究主要关注住房条件与儿童学业之间的间接作用机制,即通过分析住房拥挤、质量、产权及搬迁与儿童学业之间的关系发现二者相互作用的中介变量,这些变量有学校、社区、家庭环境以及儿童健康、认知、心理及行为等,贫困的住房条件非常不利于儿童学业表现。还有研究进一步分析住房条件与儿童学业之间的直接因果效应,但这种研究需要利用科学统计方法解决内生性问题。住房条件是社会经济地位代代相传的重要物理机制,提升儿童学业需要改善居住条件,它可以让政府的教育成本投入更低而且教育政策制定更具针对性。 It is that the relationship between the housing conditions and child academic,oftenfascinate policy makers and experts.Existing foreign research mainly focus on the indirect effectmechanism between the housing conditions and child academic,namely,finding out the intermediaryvariables that effect between the two school interaction through the analysis of the relationship ofhousing,quality,property and relocation and child academic,such as the school,community,familyenvironment and children’ health,cognitive,psychological,behavior and so on,poor housing is badfor child academic.And the further research is to explore the direct causal effect between housingconditions and child academic,but this kind of research need to use scientific statistical method tosolve the problem of endogenous.Housing conditions is an important physical mechanism of socialeconomy status from generation to generation,ascending child academic needs to improve the livingconditions,it can make the government's education costs lower a nd education policies more targeted.
