摘　　要： 引起学生的学习兴趣是任何一门学科教学过程的第一步。兴趣能激发学生的学习主观能动性,激发学生去不断追求新知识。在大学英语课堂教学中由激发兴趣为手段以提高学生学习积极性为目的的趣味教学便将趣味与教学完美地结合。 Intriguing students' interest in study is the first step during the course of teaching any disciplines.Interest can inspire students actively pursue new knowledge.In college English classes interesting teaching that is by means of inspiration of interesting and aims at improving students' activities on study can eventually combine interests with teaching perfectly.This article demonstrates the advantages of interesting teaching and its applications in college English classes and the teaching results as well.
