摘　　要： 探讨了当前外界对图书馆工作和图书馆员的认识存在的偏差和馆员自身认识的偏差,从图书馆和馆员本身两方面阐述了提高馆员自身认识的办法。 This paper probes into the deviation of outside world in recognizing the library work and librarians and the deviation of librarians in recognizing themselves,and expounds some methods for improving librarians＇self-recognition from two aspects of the library and the librarian.
