乡村体育教师身份认同困境下的专业发展路径研究

摘  要: 运用文献资料、深度访谈和行动研究等方法对乡村体育教师身份认同的困惑、内涵关系和专业发展路径进行研究。在运用身份认同和马斯洛层次需求理论的基础上,探究身份认同与专业发展的内涵关系,并提出乡村体育教师"四位一体"的专业发展路径:乡村体育教师在对自己个人体征和所归属的群体特征进行认同的基础上,通过当地教育职能部门统一协调,制定项目管理制度;利用高等院校师资资源开展分层分类的精准培训;调动名师工作室开展定点的精准帮扶计划;鼓励乡村中小学建立体育教师专业学习共同体。本文通过厘清体育教师身份认同危机的本质问题,提出行之有效的乡村体育教师专业发展路径,为学校体育的改革提供新的思路。 By using the methods of literature,in-depth interview and action research,this paper studied the crisis,connotation relationship and professional development path of rural PE teachers'identity.Based on the theory of identity and Maslow's hierarchy of needs,this paper discusses the connotation of the relationship between identity and professional development,and puts forward the professional development path of rural PHYSICAL education teachers in the"Four in One":Based on the recognition of their personal signs and group characteristics,rural physical education teachers formulate project management system through the unified coordination of local education functional departments;carry out layered and classified accurate training by using the teacher resources of colleges and universities;mobilize famous teacher studios to carry out fixed-point accurate assistance plans;encourage rural primary and secondary schools to establish physical education by clarifying the essence of the identity crisis of physical education teachers,this paper puts forward an effective path for the professional development of rural physical education teachers,so as to provide new ideas for the reform of school physical education..
