摘　　要： 随着经济与科技发展的日益进步,更加专业化的技术创新是产业整合和竞争力提高的重要手段,高职院校作为技术创新研发资源的基础力量倍受关注。以调查数据作为分析依据,在构建高职院校专业群与产业群协同创新组织体系概念模型的基础上,对高职院校专业群与产业群协同创新发展的主要影响因素进行指标研究,从伙伴选择、机制建立、知识融合、利益分配四个方面探究二者协同与创新的影响因素,并对如何提高二者协同与创新发展提出优化建议。 As the development of economy as well as science and technology, more specialized technology innovation is a necessary means for industry integration and competitiveness improvement. As the fundamental power of research and development, great attention is paid to higher vocational colleges. Based on the basic data of the investigation and the model of the related concept, the main influencing factors of the collaborative and innovative development of the specialty group and industrial cluster are analyzed from four different aspects that are partner selection, mechanism building, knowledge integration, and profit distribution. In addition, reasonable suggestions are given on the collaborative and innovative development of the two.
