摘 要: 随着经济的快速发展,粤港澳大湾区对会计专业复合型、国际化、多层次的人才需求增加。为了培养符合粤港澳大湾区发展需求的会计人才,将1+X证书制度与高职院校会计人才培养方案相融合。在融合过程中,存在学历教育与职业技能教育相脱节、1+X证书制度应用过程中实践经验不足等问题。因此,创建基于1+X证书制度的高职院校会计专业人才培养模型、基于1+X证书制度的高职与机构互认学习成果模型,利用资历系统整合优势,构建1+X证书制度下高职院校会计人才服务模型。通过构建融合体系、建立学分银行、推动校企合作、提升教师综合能力等途径推动1+X证书制度与高职院校会计人才培养方案的有效融合,满足粤港澳大湾区的会计人才需求。 With the rapid development of economy, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area has an increasing demand for interdisciplinary, international and multi-level talents in accounting. In order to train accounting talents meeting the development needs of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area, the 1+X certificate system is integrated with accounting talent training program of higher vocational education. In the process of integration, there are problems such as the disconnection of academic education and vocational skill training, and the lack of practical experience in the application of 1+X certificate system. Therefore, it is necessary to create talent training model of accounting major in higher vocational colleges based on 1+X certificate system, mutual recognition learning achievement model among participating institutions of 1+X certificate system, and accounting talent service model under 1+X certificate system by using the integration advantages of qualification system. Through the construction of integration system, the establishment of credit bank, the promotion of school enterprise cooperation, and the improvement of teachers’ comprehensive ability, the effective integration of 1+X certificate system and higher vocational accounting talent training program can be promoted to meet the accounting talent demand of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area.
