摘　　要： 《星洲日报》举办的"花踪文学奖"自1991年创立至今已历十三届,是马华文坛极具影响力的文学奖,被誉为"文学奥斯卡"。"花踪文学奖"在传承文化、拔擢新人方面发挥着重大作用,可以说马华新生代作家的崛起以及马华文坛当下的文学生态都跟"花踪文学奖"密不可分。"花踪文学奖"是马华新生代登上文坛的舞台,同时影响着新生代的美学追求,也成为了他们心中的标杆。 Huazong literary award is held by 'Sin Chew Daily'and it has been held thirteen times since 1991. Huazong is the most and highest influential literary award in Malaysian-Chinese literary world. And Huazong plays an important role in inheriting culture and promoting new generation.The rise of the new generation and the present circumstance of Malaysian-Chinese literary world are closely related to Huazong. Huazong is the arena of literature for new generation,and it affects the aesthetic pursuit of the new generation and become their benchmark.
