摘　　要： 白求恩是中国家喻户晓的人物,然而中国民众对他的认识基本上都受到集体记忆的影响,仅仅将他视为一位英雄和楷模,却忽略了他作为一个个体所具有的个性和情感。加拿大华文文学作家一方面受到集体记忆的影响,认同白求恩的伟大;另一方面,跨界给他们带来的边缘视野又让他们对白求恩的认知更加深入。他们的写作,挖掘了白求恩伟大精神的根源,还原了白求恩作为个体的真实性、丰富性,将集体记忆塑造的扁平的白求恩形象"祛魅"。 Abstract： Henry Norman Bethune is a household name in China, however, the Chinese people＇s understanding of him is basically influenced by the collective memory. They just regard him as a hero and role model and ignore his personality and emotion as an individu- al. On one hand, Canadian-Chinese writers recognize Bethune＇s greatness under the influ- ence of collective memory, on the other hand, they have a deeper understanding of Norman Bethune owing to their perspective on the margin. Their literary creation has explored the root of the great spirit of Bethune, restored Bethune as an real and emotional individual, and challenged the flat character of Bethune as a result of the collective memory.
