摘 要: 教师专业发展是教师知识不断积累和成熟的过程,教师实践性知识是理解教师实践的关键和专业发展重要的基础。在追溯国外实践性知识研究起源的基础上,介绍了国外外语教师教育研究者颇具代表性的观点并对其作简要评述,提出国内在开展外语教师教育时要以实践为导向,重视实践性知识、改革课程结构、强调个体教育实践经验与体验等。 Teacher professional development is crucial to education reform. His development is viewed as a process of accumulation and development of teacher knowledge which is consisted of received knowledge and practical knowledge. Practical knowledge is the key to have a better understanding of their teaching. The paper begins with an exploration of its origin in foreign language teacher(FLT), followed by a general review of recent researches conducted by FLT abroad, concluded with a in-depth discussion of its implications, which shed their light on the practice-oriented approach on foreign language teacher program in China.
