摘　　要： 胡锦涛总书记针对我国改革发展的阶段性特点,对公平正义进行了卓有成效的探索,提出了一系列精辟论述,其公平正义思想非常丰富,民本、和谐、共富、共建和制度是它蕴含的关键范畴。其中,以民为本是核心要义,和谐稳定是目标取向,共同富裕是内在要求,共享共建是基本原则,制度建设是根本保证。 In view of gradual characteristics of the reform development in our country,General Secretary Hu Jintao has carried on the fruitful exploration for justice and proposed a series of penetrating elaboration. His justice thought is rich. The essential category includes： people first, harmony, common enrichment, co - construction and regulations. And taking the people as the first is the core meaning, harmonious stability is the goal orientation, the common enrichment is the intrinsic request, co -construction is the basic principle, and the system construction is the basic guarantee.
