摘 要: 采用文献资料法和调查问卷等方法分析企业职工体育的发展状况,旨在为职工体育的改革与发展提供依据,主要结论:原有管理模式陈旧制约职工体育发展;管理者的理念相对滞后;管理机构的精简影响活动的开展;经费紧张制约了职工体育的良性发展,建议:职工的健身意识仍需增强;管理模式必须与时俱进;管理者要提高管理艺术和水平;广开渠道筹措资金;追求形式和内容的多元化等。 Analyzing of enterprise staff sports development situation by the use of literature and questionnaire,it is aimed to provide the basis for staff sports' reform and development.The main conclusion: the old management mode restricts staff sports development;managers are of lagging concept;condensed management agencies influence activities;funds restricts the staff sports development.Suggestions: the worker's fitness awareness still need to be strengthened;management mode must keep pace with the time;managers have to improve the management level and art;raise funds with efforts;pursue diversity of form and content.
