摘　　要： "大众创业,万众创新"背景下,高职院校学生的创新创业能力培养的重要性日益凸显。新形势下,如何提升高职院校学生的创新创业能力,成为很多高职院校教学改革的主攻方向。本文在简要探讨当前高职院校学生创新创业能力培养现状的基础上,有针对性地从课堂教学内容改革、师资建设、创新环境、激励机制等几个角度论述了高职院校学生创新创业能力提升的路径。 Under the background of＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂, the importance of cultivating students＇ innovative and entrepreneurial abilities is becoming more and more prominent. Under the new situation, how to improve the ability of students in higher vocational colleges to innovate and innovate has become the main direction of teaching reform in many higher vocational colleges. Based on a brief discussion of the current situation of the cultivation of students＇ innovative and entrepreneurial ability in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the path of improving innovation and entrepreneurship of vocational college students＇ capacity from the perspectives of classroom teaching content reform, teacher construction, innovation environment and incentive mechanism.
