摘　　要： 随着城市化进程的加速,社会区已取代社区成为城市社会空间结构的主要形态,居民生活体育也随之发生了一些新的变化,主要表现在活动范围由社区延伸到社会区;同时依社会区类型的不同,其时间、空间和内容呈现出不同的特征;城市居民生活体育应以社会区为基本单位来规划与构建,以求得更大的发展。 With the acceleration of urbanization process,the social districts have already replaced the community and have become the main form of urban social spatial structure. The sports in residents＇ life have also changed, and the scope of the sports activities extends from community to social districts. Meanwhile, as the types of social districts vary ,the time ,space and contents of the sports have different characteristics. It is held that the sports in urban residents＇ life should be planned and considered based on the basic unit of social districts in order to further develop the sports.
