摘 要: 通过对湖南省普通高校《纲要》实施后体育课程教学的研究,从教学效应与学生学习效应两方面,揭示了《纲要》的实施并没有实现课程改革的预期目标,提出课程改革应加强课程的文化性和约束力。 By studying the result of physical education curriculum teaching after the implementation of "Physical Education Curriculum Guiding Outline for Common Institutes of Higher Learning in China" by Hunan province, the author revealed that the implementation of the Outline did not fulfill the expected objectives of curriculum reform in terms of teacher's teaching effect and student's learning effect, and proposed that curriculum reform should emphasize the cultural nature and binding force of the curriculum.
