摘　　要： 依据学校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想 ,适应高校素质教育全面实施 ,针对当前课外体育活动存在的某些问题 ,对俱乐部式课外体育活动进行实践性研究 ,从理论上阐述了该形式的定义、实质、组织内容和管理措施 ,并就该模式的实践原则作了扼要的说明 。 According to guiding ideology that health is the crux of the school education, suiting the needs of quality education in college, this paper carries out a practical test of extracurricular activities. Its definition, essence, content and steps of management are described. And its practical principle is explained simply. The aim is to provide reference for physical health course of college.
