摘　　要： 20世纪90年代以来,女性创业有效带动和促进了女性就业。进入新时代,女性创业迎来良好的发展机遇,但也面临很多挑战。推动女性创业发展需要聚焦性别意识,形成多方合力。政府应构建体现性别意识的制度环境和政策支持体系;社会组织应构建激发女性群体创新创业潜能的创业培训体系;高校应构建体现女性性别特点的创业教育体系;女性个体应构建和完善创业的自我成长体系。 Since the 1990s, female entrepreneurship has effectively driven and promoted female employment. Female entrepreneurship is facing good development opportunities in the new era, from the perspective of the contemporary Marxist view on women, the national development strategy and the world economic development. However, female entrepreneurship faces challenges on the level of Chinese traditional gender concept, social gender theory, ideological and political education and the contemporary development of entrepreneurship development. Promoting female entrepreneurship requires a focus on gender consciousness. The government should build the institutional environment and policy support system based on gender consciousness;the social organizations should construct entrepreneurship training system to stimulate women’s potential of innovation and entrepreneurship;colleges and universities should build an entrepreneurship education system that reflects the gender characteristics of women;female individuals should construct and perfect the self-growth system of women entrepreneurship as well.
