摘　　要： 人的生存和发展离不开家庭保障,这是重大的民生工程,是促进人共享经济发展成果的具体实践。人生存和发展的家庭保障建立在充分就业和稳定收入的基础之上,女性就业是增强人生存和发展家庭保障的重要力量。女性就业的困境主要体现在女性就业的家庭分工形式限制、女性就业缺乏对家庭保障的足够考量、女性就业的劳动收入原则上不足以满足家庭保障的需要。基于家庭保障的女性就业机制构建,要增强人本思维并以以人民为中心发展思想为指导、要体现出女性特点并予以政策扶持,坚持体整体性、联动性和差异性相结合,完善女性就业支持政策,增强女性就业权益保障和家庭保障的双向平衡。 The survival and development of human are inseparable from family security, which is a major project for people＇s livelihood and also a concrete practice to promote the economic development. The family security for survival and development is built on the full employment and stable income while women＇s employment is an important force to enhance the family security. However, the plight is mainly manifested in the employment division, lack of consideration on the family, and low labor income for women. Therefore, we have to build family security for women employment mechanism, enhance humanistic thinking and ideas by people-centered development as the instruction, embody the female characteristics and policy support, perfect the women＇s employment support policies and enhance women＇s employment rights and interests.
