摘　　要： 文章采用比较法学的研究方法 ,对现代各国产品责任法律制度进行了分析和比较。着重研究了产品责任法的适用范围、损害赔偿制度和司法救济等内容。 This paper makes a comparative study of the legal systems of product liability in many countries. The authors concentrate on the scope of application, damage system, and judicial remedy, and raise some suggestions for the improvement of legislation and execution of law concerning product liability.
