摘 要: 构建和谐校园是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,包括校园人文环境、校园文化、校园制度、和谐的师生关系等等。教师平等对待学生,尊重学生,是体现在上课质量和上课态度上。能拿出最好的东西教学生,知道学生需要什么,且循循善诱,就是对学生的最大尊重,自然也就会得到学生的敬重。本文从辅导员工作与学生管理的角度出发,探索构建和谐校园的工作思路。 Constructing a harmonious campus is a key element in building a harmonious society. It includes humanistic campus environment, campus culture, campus regulation and harmonious relationship between the teaching staff and students etc. Teachers' treating each student equally and respecting them are manifested in ev- ery high-quality lecture given to them and their appropriate manners demonstrated in class. The utmost respect to students lies in teaching them to the best of their knowledge, bearing in mind what students need and teaching with patience and skill, consequently teacher can win respect simultaneously. This thesis explores strategies of creating and constructing harmonious campus from the perspective of counselors at HEIs.
