摘　　要： 为研究产学研联盟中产方及学研方的合作博弈行为,以演化博弈为主要分析工具,构建产学研合作演化博弈模型。通过分析不同策略下产学研双方的行为及收益,得出在博弈过程中,双方应充分考虑额外收益、合作成本等因素,按照收益最大化原则,权衡合作过程中机会主义行为的利弊,避免短视。另外,政府相关政策的制定将有利于促进产学研合作联盟的稳定性。 In order to study the game behavior between the two parties in the Industry - Academy Research Cooperation, this paper uses evolution game as the major analysis tool to construct the Evolutionary Game Model of Industry - Academy - Research Cooperation. After analyzing the behavior and profits of the industry and the academy under different tactics, we get the result that both parties should fully consider factors such as extra profits and cooperation cost in the game process, and weigh the advantages and disadvantages of the opportunistic behavior during the cooperation period according to the principle of profits maximization, just in case of being shortsighted. In addition, the related government policy making will be good for promoting the stability of the Industry - Academy - Research Cooperation.
