摘　　要： 分析了终身学习时代高校图书馆员的角色定位,阐述了高校图书馆员应具备的职业素质,并提出了提升高校图书馆员职业素质的途径。 This paper analyzes on the role positioning of university librarians in the lifelong learning times, expounds the professional quality that the university librarians should possess, and advances some paths of promoting the professional quality of university librarians.
